Please read these lines before you request a tester.
- Top Test Connect is not a laboratory and does not perform any testing, sampling, inspections, or abatement.
- The person who visits the property is an independent partner. Their certification is theirs.
- Asbestos work requires a current Cal/OSHA certification. Lead work requires a current CDPH certification.
- California does not issue a single state license for mold. A mold partner is never described as state licensed.
- Asbestos clearance and lead clearance are different jobs and need the matching credential.
- Top Test Connect offers a guaranteed service credit toward the customer's invoice at Top Test Connect partner testing companies. The credit is applied by the partner on the partner's invoice. It is not a coupon and not a payment from Top Test Connect to the customer. The amount shown when the customer submits a request is locked on that request.
- Credit applies when you book with the partner testing company we match you with. One credit per request, no cash value.
- No realtor finder's fees, gifts, or coupons. Referral partners are not paid a perk to send a name.
- Applied is not Active. A company that has only submitted the form does not receive jobs.
- If a partner’s insurance or agreement lapses, routing to that partner pauses.
- ZIP code and city data on this site comes from GeoNames (geonames.org) under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. A ZIP check only tells you whether a ZIP code is in California. It doesn't confirm that a partner is available.
