Lead testing in California
Lead is usually a question about paint, dust, or soil — most often before work on a home built before 1978.
When people ask
- Paint will be sanded, scraped, or demolished
- A child, buyer, or lender needs a documented test
- Dust or bare soil is part of the concern
The credential
Lead partners must hold a current California Department of Public Health (CDPH) lead certification. We confirm credentials during vetting before a partner goes Active.
We match the request. The partner decides whether the scope is paint, building materials, dust, surfaces, soil, water, or a combination, and they write the report.
