What Top Test Connect is
Top Test Connect is a matching service. It introduces a person who needs asbestos, lead, mold, or clearance testing to an independent testing partner in California. It does not collect samples, operate a laboratory, or employ the person who visits the property.
Homeowner requests
When a customer submits a request, Top Test Connect may include a guaranteed service credit toward that customer's invoice at Top Test Connect partner testing companies. The credit amount shown at submit is locked on the request. The partner applies the credit on its own invoice. The credit has no cash value and is one credit per request.
Credit applies when you book with the partner testing company we match you with. One credit per request, no cash value.
Testing partners
An application starts at Applied. Jobs are offered only to Active partners with current credentials, current insurance, and a signed agreement. If insurance or the agreement lapses, routing pauses.
Referral partners
Contractors, property managers, plumbers, abatement companies, and restoration crews may refer a customer. There is no gift, coupon, or per-lead payment. Real estate agents are not offered a finder's fee.
