Homeowner requests arrive with a job reference and a service credit already explained. You invoice the customer. We do not send work to a company that is only Applied.
What has to be true
- Cal/OSHA certification for any asbestos work.
- CDPH certification for any lead work.
- A recognized mold certification. Do not describe yourself as state-licensed for mold.
- Current insurance. If it lapses, routing pauses.
This is a non-binding application. Submitting it does not create a contract. We will collect W-9 information and a signed agreement only after Top Test Connect LLC is formed and its EIN exists. Until then, applications stay in Applied status.
Active partners coordinate with Top Test Connect by email. Job offers and service credit changes arrive by email, and each offer shows its job reference and the locked service credit. After a job, email your customer invoice total, invoice date, and job reference to the billing address we provide when you're activated. You can attach a copy of the invoice.
