Are you the testing company?

No. Top Test Connect matches you with an independent partner. The partner holds the certification, visits the property, and writes the report.

How does Top Test Connect get paid?

Partner testing companies pay Top Test Connect a referral fee when they complete a job. You never pay us anything. We may offer a job to certain partners first in their area, and you're always free to choose any tester.

What is the service credit?

It is a dollar amount toward the invoice at the partner testing company we match you with. The amount on the site today locks onto your request when you submit it. Later changes apply only to new requests. Credit applies when you book with the partner testing company we match you with. One credit per request, no cash value.

Which certifications do you require?

Asbestos work: current Cal/OSHA certification. Lead work: current CDPH certification. Mold work: a recognized mold certification. California does not issue a state mold license, and we will not say a partner is “state licensed” for mold.

Where do you work?

Top Test Connect matches requests across California wherever certified testing partners are available. If we can't place your request with an active partner, we'll tell you.

How fast is a match?

The reference is created when you submit. The visit depends on the partner’s schedule and the scope they accept.

Do you pay real estate agents?

No. We do not pay realtor finder's fees, gifts, or coupons. Referral partners are trades and property managers, and they are not paid a perk to send a name.

What does Applied mean for a testing company?

Applied means the company submitted a signup. Jobs are routed only after vetting, when the partner is Active, and only while insurance and the agreement are current.

Top Test Connect is a referral service that connects customers with independent testing companies. Top Test Connect does not perform any testing, sampling, inspections, or abatement. All testing is performed by independent partner companies under their own licenses and certifications. Service credits are honored only by Top Test Connect partner testing companies under agreement.
